What’s your beef? Well hung? ours is! Our beef is Proudly from North Yorkshire

Nestled in North York Moors National Park, the Ashbridge family farmed for three generations. The traditional methods of breeding, rearing and finishing livestock used in our grandfather’s days are still evident in their farming protocols. Our dry aged 35/40-day aged Rib on or off the bone taste incredible – “the proof of the pudding` is in the eating” as they say, in Yorkshire, so we trust a steak experience at the Trigger pond that will make your mouth water and that you will remember.

Our fish is from Looe in Cornwall fresh from the trawlers at 230 am delivered to us in Oxfordshire by 12 daily, second generation fisherman this father and Son team are committed to sustainability, freshness and value. Our Fruit and Vegetables are delivered daily from Roots of Oxford award winning freshness from the gardens and fields of local farmers.

Our Fish

Our fish is caught from Looe in Cornwall, a family business with 2nd generation father and son delivering to The Trigger Pond Oxford, directly, fresh from the trawler at 2.30am, received by us at 9.30am ready to eat from 12pm service and fresh fish done…..now courtesy of Cornwall we have the best fish in town and the best chips to go with it every day’
