Nestled in North York Moors National Park, the Ashbridge family farmed for three generations. The traditional methods of breeding, rearing and finishing livestock used in our grandfather’s days are still evident in their farming protocols. Our dry aged 35/40 day aged Rib on or off the bone taste incredible – “the proof of the pudding` is in the eating” as they say, in Yorkshire, so we trust a steak experience at the Trigger pond that will make your mouth water and that you will remember.
